Inevitable Disclaimer

Members can access proprietary resources developed by FBIA faculty and members over many years through use on real family business clients.  They are supplied solely as guides and thought starters, rather than as definitive end products.

It’s impossible to accurately predict the likely or actual nature and scope of any business family’s circumstances and needs.  Every adviser is therefore responsible for ensuring that their own capabilities, and those of their team members, are appropriately matched to the requirements of their engagements.  It’s also their responsibility to ensure that whatever FBIA resources they use are safe and appropriate for their chosen application.

FBIA makes no promises or representations whatsoever about the fitness for purpose of any of our materials or resources, in any form of use.
